Create a Vision Board!

This workshop will focus on creating Sacred Space to support you in creating a physical representation of what your deep heart truly desires. We will create a personalized and intentional intuitive collage. A Vision Board. We will tune in with guided mindful meditation and practice working through our subconscious blocks to verbalize, affirm, and manifest what we deeply need in our lives.

NO art experience is necessary. All necessary art supplies will be provided. Participants are also invited to bring their own supplies for personal use or to share with the group (specific images, magazines, or other personalized items to add to collage).

We all agree to hold space and inspiration for each other, so we feel comfortable sharing as we go. Our intention is to help everyone get in touch with their deep heart for growth, respite, self-care, and creating a life we love. We are already holding intention for a wonderful group experience.

This workshop is the first in a series of 6 Art Therapy Workshops facilitated by Celina Jacques, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified Art Therapist. This workshop is not a therapy group session and is not intended to replace any necessary mental health treatment. One on one art therapy and psychotherapy or spiritual healing sessions can be booked directly with Celina.
